Penn Woods Classical Academy is a Hillsdale College Candidate Member School. Penn Woods is receiving startup assistance from Hillsdale College, which includes training for our board, school leadership, and teachers. We follow the tried and true Hillsdale College K-12 Curriculum to offer an American Classical Education.

Hillsdale College provides a variety of supports to Candidate Member Schools including training for school leadership, on-site professional development for new teachers, classroom observations and coaching for teachers, an online library of resources, and free training opportunities for boards, leaders, and teachers. Hillsdale’s support to PWCA is offered at no cost; it is made possible by the generous support of friends of Hillsdale College.
